This segment represents a downstream pathway through which certain Power assets within our platform are commercialized by developing and leasing data centers. Our goal is to generate predictable, contracted cash flows supported by strong credit profiles, medium-to-long-term duration, and economic terms designed to deliver attractive returns on and of invested capital.

Building on our heritage of rapid, cost-efficient ASIC compute infrastructure development, we challenge legacy paradigms in digital infrastructure design, development, and operations.
